KC Pet Project Website Design

Nonprofit Website Design (Multiple Websites)

KC Pet Project is a non-profit organization contracted by the City of Kansas City, Missouri to operate the city animal shelter. As the third largest no-kill animal shelter in the United States, KCPP is constantly promoting adoption specials and fundraising events as well as serving as a resource for Kansas City residents needing more information about pet legislation in their city.

With three locations in the metro, the energetic and hard-working team at KCPP often have to wear many different hats in their typical work day. They required  a website that would be easy to edit in-house by shelter staff. The mobile-responsive main website efficiently displays news, upcoming events, adoptable pet listings, city licensing information, a donation form, a volunteering section, and contact information with maps for all three locations.

Pixel Lunch LLC also designed additional websites for KCPP programs and fundraisers, designed the KCPP logo, and frequently creates flyers and posters for the organization. Melissa Zarda is a member of the KCPP Marketing Committee.

Photography used on KCPP website provided by: Aimee Parsons, Kandace Donovan, Reames Photography, Ackerman Images, Kaye Ness, and more. Please contact KCPP for more information about their talented photographers.

Branding used on the Furlough, KC Megamatch and Raise the Woof websites for KC Pet Project was not designed by Pixel Lunch LLC.
