A nerd before being a nerd was cool

Chances are, you are way cooler than me. Yes, even you.

I’m not one of those people who was a popular cheerleader in high school but now claims to be a nerd just because I like browsing the net and I often have a laptop nearby. Instead, I enjoyed solving puzzles, working on my car, avoiding sports, tinkering with A/V equipment, art classes, reading, and acting a little socially awkward. I even sported tinted prescription glasses on the playground in 5th grade (along with a bad perm—thanks, Mom). I really was a nerd… Before being a nerd was cool.

Now, I can put that nerdiness to work for you! So many clients turn to Pixel Lunch LLC after being abandoned by their previous webmaster or designer. I often hear from people who realize the importance of having a website, but they just aren’t sure where to start.

It’s not your job! You have your own career to worry about—you didn’t sign up be a web designer in addition to being an entrepreneur, lawyer, musician, teacher, nonprofit volunteer, photographer, executive director, small business owner, or restaurateur. That’s why you hire nerds like me!

Though my specialties are website development and print and graphic design, I’ve often been called upon to help in other technical areas over the years.
